Role Description The PCM Expert Teacher will design and deliver high-quality online lessons in Physics, Chemistry, and Math for diverse learner groups, including students and working professionals. This full time remote role involves planning structured curricula, creating engaging instructional materials, and leveraging digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to support personalized learning. The PCM Expert Teacher will conduct live classes, doubt-solving sessions, assessments, and feedback reviews to improve learner performance and outcomes.

The role includes collaborating with the academic and product teams to enhance course content, align teaching with industry expectations,



and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching methodologies. The PCM Expert Teacher will also participate in webinars, workshops, and academic-industry initiatives that strengthen PPStack’s educational ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong Lesson Planning skills, including curriculum design, structuring modules, and aligning content with learning objectives.
- Solid foundation in Education practices, pedagogy, and learner-centered instructional strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex PCM concepts clearly, managing discussions, and providing constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated Teaching and Training experience in Physics, Chemistry, and Math, preferably in online or blended learning environments.
- Advanced knowledge of PCM at school or undergraduate level; prior experience preparing learners for competitive exams is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital learning platforms, AI-powered tools, and basic EdTech technologies for content delivery and learner engagement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and support learners across different time zones.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching.
- Prior experience in curriculum development, assessments, or academic-industry collaboration is beneficial.
