Gym Trainer –

Position: Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer

Location: Medical College, Kozhikode, Kerala

Job Responsibilities
Guide members with proper exercise techniques and safe workout practices.
Create and implement workout plans based on members’ fitness goals.
Assist clients with weight loss, muscle building, strength, and overall fitness.
Monitor members’ workout progress and provide regular guidance.
Demonstrate exercises and correct posture/form when required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym floor.
Ensure equipment is used safely and weights are properly re-racked after use.
Build good relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
Support the gym team with daily operations and member engagement.
Promote personal training and other fitness services when appropriate.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Gym Trainer/Fitness Trainer is preferred.
Positive knowledge of strength training, cardio, and basic fitness principles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, disciplined, and skilled attitude.
Ability to motivate and guide gym members.
Fitness certification such as CPT / ACE / ISSA / K11 / equivalent is an advantage.
