We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with clients, and following up with candidates until joining.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels
Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining
Handle multiple job openings and recruitment requirements simultaneously
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
Eligibility
Graduate preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply
Prior experience in HR Recruitment / BPO Recruitment / Consultancy Recruitment will be an advantage
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making recruitment calls and working with targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
