We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our HR team.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR preferred/PG Diploma
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
