Retail Recruiter

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Handle hiring for Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cluster Managers, and other retail roles.
Manage bulk and location-wise hiring as per business requirements.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within TAT.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail hiring.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Robust sourcing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with recruitment targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
