Head Barista –
Prepare all hot & cold beverages as per company recipes and standards.
Maintain beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control.
Operate and maintain coffee machine, grinder, blender, and other equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
Check and manage daily beverage stock and minimize wastage.
Prepare orders as per KOT and ensure timely service.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage practices.
Provide valuable customer service and handle feedback professionally.
Follow all company SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
Complete opening and closing bar duties.
Report stock shortages, wastage, equipment issues, or operational problems to the manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
