Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Designer cum Architect who can handle interior design, architectural coordination, drawings, and execution support for residential and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning as per project requirements.
Prepare and review working drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and layouts.
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, site, and execution teams.
Select and finalize materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and colour schemes.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and quantity estimates for interior works.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved designs and drawings.
Resolve design and site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
Ensure designs meet quality, functionality, aesthetics,



and project timelines.
Review shop drawings and coordinate design changes with the site team.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of interior design and architectural planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction detailing.
Positive understanding of site execution and construction processes.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple design and site requirements simultaneously.

Qualification B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or relevant qualification.

Preferred: Experience in residential high-rise projects and hands-on site execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
