Role and Responsibilities
Generate and convert home-loan leads to achieve sales targets.
Follow up with customers and leads for successful conversions.
Acquire new customers and grow the home-loan business.
Build and maintain robust customer and channel relationships.
Develop business through direct sales, referrals, builders, and other channels.
Achieve assigned sales volumes and revenue targets for the area.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Identify and escalate sales or process-related issues when required.
Follow all BGSS/Bank policies, processes, compliance, and KYC requirements.

Preferred Profile
Solid communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, lead generation, or channel sales.
Positive negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of home-loan products and processes.
Banking/financial services experience preferred.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
