Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional who can take ownership of people operations — from hiring the right talent to ensuring a disciplined and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring across roles
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
Track attendance, punctuality, and enforce discipline policies
Support performance management and coordinate feedback processes
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and policy compliance




Address employee concerns and maintain a structured work workplace
Contribute to building a performance-driven culture

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (preferably in startups or fast-paced environments)
Robust understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities
High level of discipline, ownership, and accountability
