Role Overview

We are looking for an HR & Workforce Operations Specialist to manage HR administration, workforce coordination, office activities, compliance, reporting, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR administration, employee records, attendance, onboarding & exit formalities.
Coordinate and manage field team activities, work allocation, attendance and reporting.
Collect and maintain daily/weekly reports from the BD and Field Teams.




Coordinate with trainers for syllabus mapping, training schedules and completion tracking.
Manage EPF, ESIC & MLWF related documentation, challans, payments and ECR generation.
Support payroll, recruitment, employee queries and statutory compliance.
Manage daily office activities, task allocation and internal coordination.
Prepare HR, Workforce, Compliance and MIS reports for management.
Coordinate with clients, employees, trainers and internal teams for smooth operations.
