The Hospital Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and productive functioning of the hospital floor. The role involves coordinating closely with nursing, medical, housekeeping, administrative, and support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
The candidate will assist with patient-related activities, monitor the overall functioning of the floor, identify and address routine operational issues, and promptly escalate concerns to the appropriate senior staff when required.
The Hospital Assistant is expected to work in close coordination with the entire hospital team, maintain a secure, organized, disciplined, and patient-friendly workplace, and contribute proactively to the overall quality of patient care and hospital operations.
