Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Handle hiring for retail store roles, front-end staff, and corporate positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs and joining formalities




Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
Support employer branding and campus or bulk hiring initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Valuable stakeholder management and coordination skills
Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance (preferred)

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
