Role & responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Execute onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth induction experience for recent employees.
Handle employee lifecycle management, including documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Support payroll management by preparing inputs, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating with the payroll team.
Preferred candidate profile:
Robust fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
Experience using various hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
