We are hiring for an International Travel Process – Voice for our Gurgaon location. The role involves handling customer queries related to travel services while maintaining skilled communication and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls related to international travel queries.
Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations and service-related concerns.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Achieve process and performance targets as per company requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12 months of experience in International BPO Voice.
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Valuable customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
