Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, or cancel patient consultations and follow-up visits with doctors.
Lead & Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to prospective patients or leads.
Patient Guidance: Explain hospital packages, treatment options, diagnostic tests, and operational timings clearly.
Follow-ups: Call patients to remind them of missed appointments, upcoming checkups, or report collections.
Data & CRM Management: Log call details, patient feedback, and scheduling statuses accurately into the hospital's database or software.
Internal Coordination: Connect with duty medical officers,
reception desks, or specialized departments to resolve urgent patient queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate or high school diploma in any field (healthcare or life sciences background is a plus).
Communication: Transparent, polite, and active-listening skills in English and local languages (such as Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu).
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office, and experience with hospital CRM or telecalling software.
Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, persuasion, and the ability to handle stressed or sensitive callers.
