HP Technical Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to international customers for HP products. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, guiding customers through solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience over voice support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle international inbound voice calls from HP customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer, laptop, desktop, and connectivity issues.
Provide step-by-step technical assistance and remote troubleshooting.
Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant technical team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
Follow HP technical support processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality,



and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in technical support / international voice process / customer support preferred.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, printers, and basic troubleshooting.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Positive customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
