NKey Responsibilities

Deliver PGDM courses using cutting-edge, interactive, and industry-relevant teaching methodologies
N
Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and academic advancements
N
Maintain an active research profile with publications in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)
N
Mentor and guide students in academic progression, career development, and research initiatives
N
Engage with industry stakeholders for collaborations, live projects, guest lectures, and workshops

Contribute to institutional development through participation in academic committees, accreditation processes, and strategic initiatives
N
Promote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and real-world applications
N

nQualifications & Experience

NGeneral Requirements:

Ph.D. in relevantdiscipline (mandatory)

4–5 years of experiencein academia, research, or industry
N
Strong research track record with recent publications in reputed indexed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)

Demonstrated experiencein student mentoring, curriculum design, and innovative teaching practices
