Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Assign daily tasks, create shift schedules, and conduct morning briefings for room attendants and public area cleaners.
Quality Inspections: Check guest rooms, hallways, and lobbies to ensure they meet brand and sanitation standards.
Inventory Management: Track cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, and reorder stock before levels run low.
Training and Safety: Teach staff proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment handling protocols.
Guest Relations: Respond to special requests and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Cross-Department Coordination: Report maintenance issues to the repair team and update the front desk on room readiness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹20,000.50 per month
