We are hiring fresh graduates for an International Voice Process – Insurance role supporting an international insurance process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle international customer calls related to insurance services
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
Resolve customer queries while following established process guidelines
Maintain customer service and quality standards




Accurately update customer information and interaction details
Meet defined productivity and performance targets

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate qualification
Freshers are eligible to apply
