Job Summary

HIREON TECH INC. is looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist with strong US IT Staffing experience to manage recruitment activities and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements .
Source, screen, qualify, and coordinate candidates for technical positions.
Work closely with recruiters and management to meet hiring targets.
Handle interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage employee attendance, HR records, engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
Support employee performance and retention initiatives.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in HR and US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Solid understanding of the US IT staffing recruitment lifecycle .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed , etc.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing setting.
