nOurclient is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to head and scale our India & APAC business for embedded software solutions and services. This role will drive regional expansion, grow strategic accounts, and build a high‐performing sales organization aligned with our engineering momentum.
NKey Responsibilities

Own and grow India & APAC sales into a standalone business unit.
N
Develop and execute sales strategies to land recent logos and expand existing accounts into multi‐year programs.
N
Lead, coach, and expandthe regional sales team.
N
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CxOs and decision‐makers across semiconductor, automotive, and embedded systems industries.
N
Manage end‐to‐end deal processes including pricing, commercials, SOWs, and delivery hand‐offs.
N
Leverage our company's IP portfolio and solutions to open new prospects beyond services.
N
Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure long‐term customer success.

nCandidate Profile

Proven track record of winning and growing major customer accounts in semiconductor, embedded systems, or automotive domains.
N
Solid network and credibility with senior engineers and buyers.
N
Experience selling intoIndian captives and GCCs with overseas decision‐makers.
N
Demonstrated leadershipin managing and scaling sales teams.
N
Comfortable engaging atthe CxO level and converting discussions into delivery contracts.
N
Entrepreneurial mindsetwith a drive to build and scale, not just maintain.
N
nQualifications

15+ years of experiencein sales leadership roles within technology services or solutions.
N
Background in semiconductor, embedded software, or automotive systems.
N
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
N
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
