JOB PURPOSE
Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
Promptly address guests’ requests.
· Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy workplace. · Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
· Must be guest service focused and a team player.
· Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Skilled in demeanour and presentation.
· Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
