Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Demand & Production Planning to manage end-to-end Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Supply Planning in an FMCG environment.

The candidate must have minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in both Demand Planning and Production Planning, with robust expertise in forecasting, S&OP;, MRP, MPS, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and KPI management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Demand Planning and Production Planning activities.
Drive demand forecasting, SKU-level planning, MAPE, Bias, and forecast accuracy.
Develop production plans based on demand, capacity, material availability, and inventory.
Lead S&OP; / S&OE; planning reviews with cross-functional teams.
Manage MRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning.
Monitor OTIF, inventory health,



excess and non-moving inventory.
Track orders from planning through production and dispatch.
Monitor planning KPIs, capacity utilization, and production performance.
Support current product launches and multi-SKU planning.
Prepare MIS, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements
7+ years of total experience in planning / supply chain.
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in BOTH Demand Planning and Production Planning.
Manager / Senior Manager-level experience in PPC / Planning.
Solid knowledge of S&OP;, S&OE;, MRP, MPS, and Capacity Planning.
Strong understanding of OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Bias, SKU Planning, and Inventory Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
