nWe are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.

NKey Responsibilities:

Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting.

Handle WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing activities.
N
Create and manage Zoom & Microsoft Teams meeting/webinar links.
N
Coordinate webinars andprepare registration & attendance reports.
N
Provide basic L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues.
N
Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
N
Maintain documentation,trackers, and operational reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
N

nRequired Skills

N

n
2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support.
N
Positive knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, AI Platforms.
N
Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office.
N
Valuable communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
