Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records accurately.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee database.
Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
Manage induction and orientation programs for current employees.




Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
Positive knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
