HR Executive – MBA Fresher

Experience: Freshers – MBA HR graduates from reputed B-schools

Qualification:MBA – HR / Human Resources

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills required

Requirements
MBA in HR / Human Resources from a reputed B-school

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS
Valuable understanding of HR fundamentals

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee records
Assist with payroll inputs and related HR activities
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
