Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and engineering best practices through code reviews and technical discussions.
Create project work plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
Mentor and guide development teams, enhancing technical capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive continuous improvement in development, deployment, and operational processes.

Exposure to Python, ClickHouse, and advanced AWS services is preferred.
