We're looking for a proactive IT Desk Support Intern to support our technical operations. You will help troubleshoot issues, manage hardware, and ensure our team has the tech they need to succeed.
What Youll Do
Fix issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
Set up tech: Prepare laptops, workstations, and accounts for onboarding employees.
Manage tickets: Track and log support requests in our IT ticketing system.
Maintain inventory: Keep an organized inventory of company tech assets.
What Were Looking For
Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and standard office software.
Problem solver: Ability to troubleshoot technical glitches methodically.
Communication: Clear, friendly, and patient communication skills.
Availability: Able to work in office at our Bengaluru office.
