Key Responsibilities
Operate machines and resolve technical issues during production.
Support production planning, machine loading, and changeovers.
Ensure First-Time-Right production and adherence to SOPs.
Monitor machine performance and support achievement of production targets.
Investigate and resolve quality issues related to machines and measuring instruments.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain tools, equipment, and machines in positive working condition.
Support Kaizen, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.

Mandatory Skills
Basic knowledge of industrial machines and mechanical systems.
Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Quality awareness and experience with measuring instruments.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of 5S and secure machine operation practices.
