Maintain the Master Legal Action Grid I created and update it continuously.
Check eCourts/NCLT/DRT status of every active matter.
Maintain 30-day, 15-day, 7-day, 2-day and previous-day alerts for hearings.
Speak with the responsible advocate before every hearing and confirm appearance.
Obtain the daily order/order sheet immediately after each hearing.
Track every filing by filing number/diary number/acknowledgement, not verbal confirmation.
Track RP fees,
court costs, deposits, settlements and advocate payments with receipts.
Maintain a separate summons/NBW/warrant/bail/exemption tracker.
Maintain separate files for directors,companies
Coordinate Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Maharashtra advocates.
Keep NCLT/Section 94, DRT and Section 138 strategies separated while ensuring each lawyer knows about relevant orders from the others.
