Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Consultant to provide part-time job support for a banking-sector Global Billing System (GBS) platform.

The candidate must have 6 years of relevant IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), along with solid Java and SQL skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical job support for the ORMB/GBS platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ORMB application and billing-related issues.
- Work on ORMB configuration, customization, and production support.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Java-based applications and customizations.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support billing, revenue management, customer account, and transaction-related issues.
- Troubleshoot integrations between ORMB and other enterprise/banking applications.
- Review existing ORMB configurations, Java code, batch processes, and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support for day-to-day project activities.
- Assist with enhancements, maintenance, and production support activities.





Mandatory Skills
- 6 years of relevant IT experience – Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) – Mandatory
- Strong Java development and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience in banking / financial services projects.
- Experience with ORMB production support and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of billing and revenue management processes.
- Ability to independently analyze technical issues and provide solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Global Billing System (GBS) or similar enterprise billing platforms.
- Experience with ORMB integrations and interfaces.
- Knowledge of ORMB batch processing and configuration.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking applications.
- Strong production support and incident-resolution experience.

Engagement Details
- Part time Job Support
