nExpectations from the Role

- Act as the onsiteOracle Integration Cloud consultant and primary coordinator between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
N
- Conduct customer integration requirement sessions, interface design discussions, data mapping walkthroughs, dependency reviews, and solution clarification workshops.
N
- Capture and document interface requirements, source/target mappings, transformation rules, security requirements, error handling approach, assumptions, risks, issues, and action items.
N
- Coordinate with offshore OIC developers, functional consultants, technical teams, reporting teams, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as per project plan.
N
- Review and validate OICintegration design for REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based integrations, FBDI/BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, schedules, and notifications.
N
- Facilitate regular customer meetings, offshore handoffs, status reviews, technical walkthroughs, test readiness reviews, and defect triage sessions.
N
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare from the onsite location.
N
- Track open items, defects, dependencies, change requests, integration failures, and escalations;

follow up with responsible teams to drive timely closure.

- Provide clear communication to customer and project leadership on progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and offshore delivery status.

- Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test results, deployment notes, monitoring approach, and production support runbooks before customer review.

- Minimum 10+ years of Oracle technical/integration experience with strong Oracle Integration Cloud implementation exposure
N
- Strong onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, integration workshops, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder communication
N
- Hands-on technical knowledge of OIC integrations, REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based processing, FBDI, BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, and scheduling
N
- Ability to bridge customer integration requirements with offshore delivery teams and ensure clear understanding of scope, mappings, dependencies, priorities, and timelines
N
- Experience preparing interface requirement documents, technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test evidence, deployment notes, defect trackers, and status reports
N
- Experience coordinatingSIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities
N
- Ability to manage customer expectations, track dependencies, escalate risks/issues, and drive closure with offshore and customer teams
N
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Agile delivery experience and ability to collaborate with PMO, business process owners, testers, architects, and technical teams
