We’re looking for an Operations Team Lead who can take ownership of team management and drive customer acquisition.

What You'll Do:• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members

- Drive customer acquisition and achieve team targets
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance
- Guide, motivate, and support team members
- Manage day-to-day operations and team coordination
- Identify challenges and ensure smooth execution

What We're Looking For:• Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good team-management abilities
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations, sales, customer acquisition, or team management is a plus
