To provide troubleshooting & maintenance service related to computer handware & network to all user
Controlling and monitoring of e-mail server, SAP server ,File server,2X2D server, Access server,HPLC Empower 3 Server ,QC Lab Server, and Compliance Server & 2D Barcode Serialization &
Temper Evident System Service &
Support.
To Provide Computer back up services to the all departments.
Development of Current Program ,NewLan Network Setup &
Lan Wan Network Troubleshooting.
To Provide Administrative Support to QC Lab Instrument ,HPLC Software ,2D Barcode Serialization &
Temper Evident System.
To Installation & monitoring of Bio metric Unit, Access Control Units &
CCTV Cameras
To provide Support to FoxPro.
SAP data base restoration, backup, add on installation and software installation.
