To manage the company's complete IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of ERP, computer systems, network, CCTV and IT support services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support ERP Finsys and resolve user queries/issues.
Manage all office computers, laptops, printers and software.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and networking systems.
Manage and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and recording systems.
Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
Maintain IT assets, user IDs, access permissions and data backups.
Coordinate with ERP, CCTV, hardware and other IT vendors.
Ensure IT security, system availability and minimum downtime.
Maintain proper records of IT complaints, assets, AMC and services.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Diploma/BCA/B.Tech/MCA in IT or Computer Science.
5ÔÇô8 years of relevant IT experience.
Experience in ERP, hardware, networking and CCTV preferred.
