MAWM Consultant Configurator & Integration Specialist

:
Implement and configure Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) solutions based on business and functional requirements.
Analyze requirements and translate them into appropriate MAWM configurations, workflows, and system setups.
Develop and support integrations between Manhattan WMS and external systems such as ERP, order management, transportation, and other warehouse applications.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MAWM-related production and implementation issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions.
Perform configuration validation and testing of Manhattan solutions implemented by other teams/partners.
Identify functional and technical gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend suitable solutions or improvements.
Work on MAWM reporting,



including report configuration/development and data validation as required.
Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Ensure solutions follow Manhattan Active best practices and meet business process requirements.

Key Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).
Experience in MAWM configuration and customization.
Positive understanding of WMS integrations and interfacing with external systems.
Experience in testing, troubleshooting, gap analysis, and defect resolution.
Strong knowledge of MAWM Reporting.
Valuable understanding of warehouse management processes such as inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role: MAWM Configurator & Integration Specialist Experience: 5+ years preferred.
