We are seeking an experienced and energetic MBA HR EXECUTIVE / Manager to oversee human resources and staff management for our all-in-one venue, featuring a Resort, Hotel, Restaurant, Water Pool, and Fun Park.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Recruit staff across all operations (Hotel, Service, Kitchen, Lifeguards, Maintenance, Admin).
Onboarding &
Training:

Conduct employee orientation and hospitality service training.
Operations &
Payroll:

Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leaves, and payroll processing.
Employee Engagement: Resolve workplace issues and maintain a positive, high-energy work culture.
Compliance: Enforce HR policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Requirements
Education: MBA in HR Management.




Experience: 2–5 years in HR (Hospitality / Resort / Theme Park experience preferred).
Skills: Solid communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and proficiency in MS Office / HR Software.
