Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React JS)

Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET (Primary) and React JS (Secondary). The ideal candidate will be a solid individual contributor who can independently drive requirements, solution design, development, and technical delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires collaboration with US-based stakeholders and flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when required.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET and React JS.
Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on Azure or GCP platforms.
Work with event-driven architectures and messaging systems using Pub/Sub technologies.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with product, architecture, QA,



and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in:
.NET Core / ASP.NET Core
C#
React JS
REST APIs / Microservices
Experience with Azure PaaS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub / Messaging systems.
Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL and database design.
Strong design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
