We're looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to handle recruitment across our Bengaluru and Hyderabad locations.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
Screen candidates and conduct initial calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates.
Requirements:
1–2 years of recruitment experience.
Positive sourcing and screening skills.
Robust English communication is mandatory.
Comfortable handling multiple positions and locations.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Mode: Work from Office – Koramangala Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
