Role Summary The Junior Merchandiser will support end-to-end collection launches, catalogue management, inventory alignment, and order coordination, ensuring seamless omni-channel execution aligned with Ogaan’s brand standards.

Required Skill – In-Depth Fabric Knowledge Solid knowledge of fabrics, including fabric content, construction, texture, fall, and care requirements. Ability to evaluate fabric quality and suitability for different silhouettes and embellishments. Ensure accurate cataloguing and product detailing based on fabric characteristics. Designer Management Ensure timely onboarding and launch of designer collections. Align designers with brand aesthetics and business goals. Manage approvals, lookbooks, and omni-channel launches (online & retail).2. Catalogue &
Quality Control Oversee accurate product uploads, pricing, and data management. Ensure zero-error tolerance and maintain catalogue hygiene.



Execute real-time updates as required.3. RTS &
Inventory Alignment Manage RTS mapping for omni-channel launches. Ensure accurate stock visibility and replenishment tracking. Minimise stock mismatches and escalations.4. Order &
Fulfilment Coordination Track designer orders and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with warehouse, billing, and operations for smooth fulfilment. Reduce order-related escalations.5.

• Asset Management Plan catalogue and campaign shoots (in-house).Ensure timely asset readiness for launches and marketing. Maintain a structured and organised asset repository.
