Affordable Housing & LAP The Role

Own sourcing for alternate channels (partnerships, digital, corporate tie-ups, DSA) and deliver loans in 15–75 lakh range. Build P&L; responsibility for channel volume and conversion.

What You'll Do

Own sourcing targets and conversion metrics for your channel.

Develop and nurture partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and digital platforms for lead flow.

Track files from application to disbursement with credit and operations teams.

Monitor daily channel MIS , volume, conversion rate, and pendency.

Pre-qualify leads and ensure compliance with credit policy.

Report channel performance to State Head.

Who We're Looking For





3–5 years BFSI experience (affordable housing, LAP, or personal loans).

Proven track record building sourcing channels from scratch.

Understand 15–75 lakh ticket range - sourcing, documentation, credit.

End-to-end P&L; ownership mindset.

Graduate degree preferred.

High-growth NBFC or fintech background.

Track record launching current channels.

Existing network in catchment area.
