Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform routine mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment.
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Identify and rectify basic mechanical faults in machinery.
Perform machine fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation work.
Check and replace bearings, shafts, belts, chains, couplings, and seals.
Carry out basic alignment and lubrication of machines.
Use basic fitting tools and measuring instruments safely.
Read and understand basic mechanical drawings.
Attend machine breakdowns and support quick fault rectification.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety in the maintenance area.
Maintain basic maintenance and breakdown records.
Support senior technicians/engineers in installation and commissioning activities.
