Accountant – Roles &
Responsibilities1. Accounting &
Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP systems.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and monthly closing activities.
Audit

Support
Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Income

Tax
Compute taxable income for individuals/firms/companies.
Prepare and file ITRs, TDS returns, and Form 26AS reconciliation.
Handle TDS deduction, payment, and quarterly TDS compliance.
Assist in responding to income tax notices & assessments.
GST (Goods &
Services Tax)
Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C.
Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers.
Manage GST payments, refunds & e-way bills.
Handle GST assessments, audits,



and departmental queries.
PF &
ESIC Compliance
Prepare monthly PF &
ESIC challans.
File returns such as ECR (PF) and ESIC monthly contributions.
Maintain employee records and ensure labour law compliance.
Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding compliance.
Other Statutory

Compliance
Skilled Tax, Shop Act, ROC filings (if applicable).
Support management in budgeting &
MIS reporting.
Ensure timely statutory payments and documentation.

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards &
GST/Income Tax rules.
Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, ERP systems.
Valuable analytical, documentation, and compliance skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and handle audits independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
