Role Description The Lead – Healthcare – Voice Process role is a full time, in office position based in Chennai. This role involves overseeing a healthcare voice support team, managing daily call operations, and ensuring high-quality patient and customer interactions. The Lead will handle escalations, monitor call performance, support scheduling, and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.





Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff as needed. The role requires consistent documentation, compliance with privacy and safety standards, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes improving sales and increasing the number of customers.

Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in healthcare process / similar process
Candidate shall be multi lingual with Tamil (mandatory), English (mandatory) and Kannada (mandatory) besides fluency in other languages
Candidates should have prior experience in handling a team of telecallers/customer care executives
Candidate shall reside either at Arumbakkam or within 15 kms radius of Arumbakkam
