About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Finance Operations to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, compliance and MIS reporting, while working closely with the Finance Head and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, payables, receivables and month-end closing.
Handle E-commerce, D2C &
Quick Commerce reconciliations.
Reconcile settlements, sales, returns, refunds, discounts and deductions.
Prepare MIS reports, financial reports and expense analysis.
Manage GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities.
Support inventory and payment gateway reconciliations.
Monitor expenses, outstanding payments and receivables.
Assist with P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams.




Identify discrepancies and improve finance processes and controls.

Requirements
5–6 years of relevant Finance &
Accounts experience.
CA / CA Equivalent preferred.
Robust hands-on Tally &
Advanced Excel skills.
Quick Commerce / E-commerce reconciliation experience mandatory.
Robust accounting, MIS and analytical skills.
Positive knowledge of GST &
TDS.
D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
