Role & responsibilities
Generate recent business through customer visits and local market activities.
Identify potential customers for Gold Loans / Group Loans.
Explain loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms and eligibility.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
Support timely repayment and collection of loan amounts.
Maintain daily customer and loan records.
Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other team members.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate .
Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.
Basic knowledge of Gold Loans / Group Loans is an advantage.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Target-oriented and positive follow-up skills.
