About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, a keen eye for bugs, and the ability to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before release. Key Responsibilities
Design, write, and execute manual test cases and test plans
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using free and paid bug tracking tools according to requirements
Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing after deployments
Participate in requirement reviews and sprint planning meetings
Maintain and update test documentation and QA reports
Assist in exploring basic automation testing where applicable
Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements before release

Requirements
2 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience in software testing / QA
Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and test case writing
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
