Must-Haves

*4 to 6 years in growth, lifecycle, and product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or marketplace.

*Demonstrated ownership of retention metrics: churn reduction, expansion revenue, and activation rates not just campaign execution.

*Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or Braze.

*Robust analytical foundation: comfortable in SQL or BI tools, able to run your own analysis.

*Experience designing and scaling acquisition channels beyond Google and Meta.

*Proven track record of revenue attribution by cohort and campaign profitability analysis.

Tools and Proficiency

*Marketing automation: MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or equivalent.

*Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar BI tools.

*AI tools for copy, segmentation, and workflow automation.

*AEO and AI search optimization tools (preferred).

*CRM and cohort analysis tools.
