We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to handle field marketing activities in Vellore. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's construction and real estate services, generating new leads, developing customer relationships, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Promote the company's construction, real estate, and related services.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities.
Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
Conduct market surveys and collect information about competitors and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer enquiries and requirements.
Arrange and attend customer meetings and site visits.
Achieve assigned monthly marketing and lead-generation targets.
Maintain daily field visit reports and lead follow-up records.
Participate in promotional campaigns,
exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.
Provide regular updates on market feedback and customer requirements to the management.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, construction, or real estate preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Valuable knowledge of the Vellore local market is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within Vellore and nearby areas.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
