Job Title: Marketing Executive- General Physician

Location: Greater Kailash-II, South Delhi & Noida

Hospital: MASSH Hospital

MASSH Hospital, Greater Kailash-II, is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive- General Physician to strengthen our doctor referral network and drive patient referrals in the South Delhi region.

The ideal candidate should have prior work experience in South Delhi with a strong professional network among General Physicians, Family Physicians, Clinics, Nursing Homes, and other healthcare specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with doctors, GPs, clinics, nursing homes, and other referral sources across South Delhi.
Generate patient referrals through regular doctor visits and effective relationship management.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned territory.
Promote MASSH Hospitals specialties, services, facilities, and consultants to referring doctors.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing referral doctors and strengthen qualified relationships.




Maintain daily visit reports, doctor databases, referral records, and MIS.
Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth handling of referred patients.

Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Doctor Relationship Management, or Referral Marketing.
Mandatory: Prior work experience in South Delhi.
Strong existing network with GPs, physicians, clinics, and nursing homes in South Delhi will be highly preferred.
Excellent communication, networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be preferred.
